"This is a clean and modern hotel. Unlike many Best Westerns in the US, this had the level of class and quality of a Marriot or Hilton. The service was excellent, the staff nearly all spoke English, and the breakfast was delicious. The covered parking is a bonus. "

No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo. No hesitation recommending this hotel which is just as it appears in photos and is good value. "

Everything was great, reception , service, restaurant, gym, spa ….. we loved it so much we did not leave to do any site seeing as we were so relaxed and pampered wherever we went. Very professional front desk , and spa receptionists are so accommodating. We ordered a package to be delivered there two weeks before our arrival date to the hotel and they took it and kept for us, they even placed the package in our room before arriving there. Simply the best in everything."
