"This was our first time to Orvieto. This property is at the top of a small mountain facing the village. Wonderful view, especially in the morning with the sun at low angle. The room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast had many options, and they will cook for you if you wish. We had a car, there was plenty of parking. A good choice if you don’t want to stay in Orvieto but want to visit Orvieto and do car trips to other hill town cities including Todi, Bagnoreggio. Also can hike to Rocca Riposena and Sugano directly from the property. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Relais. The hotel Is in the Heart of Umbria's Hills. From the hotel you can have a wonderful view of the green landscape. "My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the Spade room and it was so cute. We loved the decorations and the look of the room. We were greeted with a friendly, smiling face when we arrived and immediately led to our room. The view on the property is gorgeous, and we loved the friendly cats that hang around outside! "Struttura confortevole e pulita. Un po' fuori mano, ma raggiungibilissima tramite GPS. Ubicata in aperta collina è ottimale soprattutto in estate per non patire il caldo. Ho dato 5 stelle anche se vi sono delle piccole cose che, senza colpo ferire, potrebbero essere tranquillamente migliorate. "The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"
