"The lobby was very nice and clean. The room itself did not look like it was thoroughly cleaned before we got there. I even found items that belonged to the previous people staying there. The lobby was supposed to have coffee in the morning but always ran out when we came down and wouldn't replace it for the guests. The tv was extremely basic which is surprising to see in 2024. Didn't realize how loud that street was at night and the room we got was extremely loud. The staff were all very nice."

"I like this property and have stayed before. The check in is a bit iffy depending upon the staff checking you in. Bonvoy status usuall gets you something, but it’s not welcomed, but something to ask for. That’s a bit odd. The M Class rooms are great with the Club to step into at anytime for a refreshment or bit of snack, breakfast. Location is great in the heart of Portland. Rooms are very clean, fresh, contemporary."

"I was a little skeptical booking here because of the mixed reviews. However my husband and I had an amazing stay. Rooms were very clean and the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Very cute coffee bar downstairs. Only negative factor in my opinion was the high pricing for vallet parking per day. However there are many parking lots around the area for a cheaper option for parking. "
