"Lovely modern hotel. We had a superior room and it was faultless! The location is tricky - just outside the Sotogrande gated community with a busy main road to walk down to get to pathways - it is however possible! Taxis are ready and waiting at the hotel but you pay 30euros return for a trip to the port. Hotel is definitely worth a stay and especially if you hire a car! "

"I fully understand that the star ratings are very contradictory. Please let me explain: I've stayed in this hotel approx 15 times and everything is great. However, there was a crucial, huge problem this time which made staying there very unpleasant. I am independently taking this matter up with Expedia as I repeatedly tried to get some advice and support, but got nowhere so I shouldn't comment on this here.
