"The car park was full and this means an unwelcome trek to the nearest city car park. The reception was good and room 7 was spacious and well equipped. Towelling swans and hearts on the huge bed were a nice touch on Valentines Day. The heating in the room was off and the one radiator needed turning on which we managed without instructions. "Fabulous. Best hotel ever. Exceptional service right from the start. Superb professional and impressive receptionist lady Shalom, who went out of her way to provide help in the most gracious keen to help ways. A fabulous full breakfast was brought to my room. Great ensuite with large bath + shower. Very warm. Lovely bedding and towels. Moments from the beaches with level walks. Quite exceptional. I will most definitely be back. Soon hopefully."

"This is our third stay at this lovely Victorian hotel. It is ideal for us when visiting our daughter who lives close by.
