"All good as usual stayed a few times , Two points about Roof Top bar , why when i order at Bar do i get a service charge ?and why cant you just buy a coffee or small breakfast in morning , only option £18.95 Buffet breakfast ! Staying again soon but not a good location to meet customers as you cant buy just a coffee "

"Had a lovely night here in a privilege room, Initially had to change rooms as there was a problem with a window, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful and found me another room straightaway. The room felt homely and had great views across the river and the town. The bed was so comfortable and the room was well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was great too. The only very small complaint was that all the windows were a bit drafty and could definitely do with updating, but...

"Lovely stay once again at this hotel and my kids loved it and staff very friendly.. One issue was the washing basin plumbing was very annoying as everytime you use the tap the drain make continuous loud noise for about 5mins and that was very annoying "

"The general ambience of the hotel is very calm and pleasant. But it lacks attention to detail. Replenishment of the coffee was a bit lax. Decaf coffee pods replaced by normal and i’m not allowed to drink caffeine! The bed springs were sticking through and the hotel needs a refurbishment. The restaurant is okay fo breakfast but not for an evening meal. My big gripe is that management couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge my concerns It’s convenient and staff try hard but … "
