"Staff was clear and helpful. Gave good guidance to visiting Bruges. Access was easy to find following the GPS. Room was spacious and clean. It was also quiet although the hotel was pretty full. Bed was comfortable. No frills but still really well done. "

Very friendly staff, welcome drink champagne and small plush toys for the kids. Room with a nice view and very comfortable bed. Wood room card, no plastic. Special kids box with shampoo and bath amenities. Morning breakfast buffet very good with a lot of options and everything really tasty and fresh. Totally recommend it for a family stay. "
