"Great location in Old Town. Good looking from the outside. Good bed. Dog friendly. Downside - second building is not convenient. Wifi is wonky. But the one thing that stops me from giving them a better grade is they were almost overbooked and didn't tell me that I specifically had to request housekeeping for my second day. Since I left at 11:00 in the morning and came back at 3:00 I came back to a messy room. The communication for this was poor. I've never been in a place where I wasn't notified...

"This was a wonderful experience. We ate in the hotel. The pool was nice especially for the kids. With the Ferris wheel there it was a nice addition with the VIP paw."

"The valet in/out privileges were very convenient. For a dog friendly hotel, the staff wasn't very keen on accommodating -- even after multiple calls to confirm a dog is allowed and what is needed upon arrival, nobody bothered to make a note in the reservation -- so at check-in, they only had one room left on the "pet floor" because they we're never notified...and the original king room that was booked was not an option. Otherwise, decent location for Old Town and metro access. "
