Luxuriously Restored Loft in Old Town Alexandria

Build a wood fire to stay cozy in this artfully converted warehouse, or sip a coffee alfresco on the lavender lined patio. Exposed brick walls and bleached timber rafters are reminders of its 1818 vintage. High-end furnishings, designer lighting fixtures, and an updated kitchen provide modern luxuries.

* Guest comfort and safety is our highest priority: In addition to a rigorous cleaning regiment, guests have exclusive use of the entire townhouse and private street level entry.

This home is set up exclusively for vacation rentals: Downstairs you will find the kitchen, living room (with pull-out sofa bed), dining area, and powder room. Upstairs you will find an additional sitting area with a sofa and TV, along with a king size bed, full bathroom and a guest closet.

It is designed to have all the amenities a guest would expect from a five star hotel, and then some. You will love the high ceilings, newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms, comfy king size bed, large screen Smart TV and thoughtful touches throughout.

The kitchen is stocked with flatware, dishes, cooking utensils and a Nespresso machine. You will find an ironing board, luggage rack and hanging space in the closet, and boutique bath amenities for your use.

This home is outfitted with the latest technology for your convenience, including a smart lock, smart TV, Nest thermostat and Bluetooth speaker.

This restored loft is in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, across the Potomac from Washington, D.C. The area is known for its rich history and architecture—an extraordinary backdrop for acclaimed restaurants, boutiques, and vibrant arts and culture.

This home is close to local bars and restaurants, which makes exploring Old Town extremely convenient, please just be aware that there can sometimes be noise on weekend evenings until local entertainment venues close.

Hidden Gem in Old Town Alexandria
Host was great and very helpful, the location was fantastic, easy walk to DC metro and dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops. Beautifully decorated and made us feel like locals! Would love to stay there again if I'm in the area.

Great Loft in Old Towne
Very stylish loft in Old Towne convenient to King Street. Ideal for walking and exploring Old Towne, convenient to metro and great restaurants. Owner was responsive to all my inquiries. I will definitely stay there again when visiting the Washington DC metro area.

I spent a long weekend recently in Alexandria and I have to say how great this place is. Perfect location for just about everything, even going into DC. Perfect for one person or two. Highly recommend this place!

This place had everything we needed for our short getaway: great location, fully loaded with extras, and it super clean. Steps from King St and easy walking distance for everything. David was an excellent host, he was just a call, email or text away and replied promptly. Alexandria and David's place are both definitely on our return visit list, we deserve it!

We hope to be back! This location was perfect. The host had the house set up to meet any need we had. The bed was amazing, too! The location was great for hoping on the metro quickly and easy for Uber pick up.

A lovely location right in Old Town Alexandria. Steps away from shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. An easy Uber ride to the DCA airport and Washington DC. The home is beautifully decorated and VERY clean. I would absolutely stay again.
