"I stay at this hotel whenever I go to Plymouth. The main criticism I have with it is that the rooms are so hot, and the air-conditioning switches off during the night. The beds are very small, and very uncomfortable, and the quilts are so heavy and thick, which coupled with the heat in the room makes for a very sleepless night. I just got back today from a weekend today, and did not get one minute of sleep last night, as the heat in the room, the uncomfortable bed, and the heavy duvet or came...

"Staff was very accommodating and polite, room was very large, clean, and presented a great view of the city and it's environs. Restaurant was immaculate, food, staff and service were top quality. "

"Hotel is lovely, and service is first class, however it really could do with new windows, current ones are not double glazed, we were at the front near to the entrance so we had a lot of noise from people smoking and taxis dropping people off. Windows look very shabby too "

"Nice restaurant team on Xmas Eve very friendly, food all frozen for the price as £8.50 for dessert and £9 for starters which were more light bites, the chicken burger is a frozen product for £18 food okay but I no it was all frozen, dessert had to send back as my daughter wanted the chocolate waffle brownie came cold with ice cream ask if they could microwave the brownie and they did but sent out with the original vanilla ice cream, as a chef of fresh food would skip eating this again, although...
