Das Personal im italienischen Restaurant war super und das Essen sehr lecker. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Frühstücksraum war für den Andrang nicht ausgelegt. Man stand überall an und freie Tische gab es kaum. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Essen lecker. "

"Eigentlich war alles OK, jedoch hat eines der beiden Fenster nicht ganz geschlossen, so dass etwas Lärm in der Nacht herein dringen konnte. Beim Frühstück störte es sehr, dass dort andere Gäste telefonierten! Hier hat die Hotelleitung versagt, da diese die Gäste, welche in Ruhe frühstücken möchten, nicht vor den rücksichtslosen Telefonierern schützt. Telefonieren während des Frühstücks sollte dringend unterbunden werden!!!"

"Great location for the Signal Iduna park. Rooms were nice. Cleanliness was great. Staff were friendly. Only issue was maybe the time to get served at the bar at times during the day. Other than that it was perfect in every way."
