"The hotel is beautiful, very clean and connected to a mall which is very convenient. Most of the staff was wonderful except for the lady that was at the time of our check in. She did not tell us anything about the hotel, except for our room numbers and wifi info. Nothing else. We didn’t know about breakfast, pool, dining options etc."

"We had a nice few days with my husband and mother. However, the adult pool needs cleaning and the food (snacks - ceviche) we ordered in the pool was not what we expected. Perhaps, it is the way they do that in Ixtapan. They exchanged it for another dish but it was not to our taste (meat of Pepito was not of good quality). Other than that, the staff were great. We had an extra bed brought in at no cost. Food in restaurant was great too. Perhaps check if there are still doing renovations when you...

"Excellent choice for a comfortable, clean and cozy apartment south of the city. Conveniently located to this area, near shopping, dining and parks. This is out second time booking Suites Perisur and we will definitively stay in the future when we visit the city. Friendly and attentive staff."
