"What a beautiful place to stay!! Right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Also 5 minutes from Interlaken West which you walk along a quiet road to get to the hotel - very nice since the town itself can be busy. "Stayed two nights with family. Everything was clean and we had tea coffee in the room. The only strange thing was that the toilet was separate to the shower and sink so you had to go to the toilet then come out and wash your hands in the shower room. I don't know how this arrangement would suit anyone, are they expecting people not to wash their hands after using the toilet? Didn't expect this from novotel but otherwise we had an amazing stay.
