"Very satisfied with our stay in the apartments. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had all the facilities we needed. Very friendly staff that answered any questions politely and helpfully. Food was good with plenty of choice although the buffet style could mean it was, on occasion, not hot enough. Good choice of pools and bars."

"Large beachside hotel **** just outside Ayamonte. Great Junior Suite. Spacious and comfortable. Very busy during our stay but the staff helpful and attentive. Great food available."

"This Paradore is very very dated in its decor and furniture. The pool area is not looked after with dead grass in many places on the lawn through non watering. The chairs and tables on its outside terrace were of very low quality as were the sun beds around the pool. There were obviously not enough staff on duty with long delays waiting to be served at the bar. The breakfast serving was very chaotic with no hot buffet and long waits for the chef to arrive to cook hot dishes. We won’t visit this...

"Check in took forever ,If you go, take a print out they could not do it with the app ,2 days it took grrr.If you want a drink at the bar be prepared to be thirsty I have never seen such slow service between 10 to 15 min wait wether there are 2 people in front or 10.Food was ok entertainment rubbish,Wine on all inclusive terrible put it on your frozen chips.The pool is wonderful"

Det afholdt os desværre fra at benytte altanen i det omfang, som vi ellers havde ønsket. Hotellet oplyste på vores forespørgsel, at det var en del af konceptet!"

"The perdon who checked me in was not particularly helpful, however the person who chrcked me out was rude! I asked for a taxi to the bus station, she hesitated, then called one taxi who said he was busy, she did not adk for how long. She hung up and then tried to convince me the bus did not go where I wanted to go. I knew better, butshe thought I was wrong and eventually just walked away from me. "Run…don’t walk. Run away from this property. The pictures don’t represent this property. Not dirty. Dark. Old. Vinyl furniture. The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned. "
