The area where the hotel is located felt like a ghost town but the nearest metro station was about a 10 min walk away. A walk to the main center was about 30 minutes. "We stayed in a family room at this hotel (2 adults, a 2 year old and a 5 month old). The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from Grand Place and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were really impressed with the check in process. "The Airport Shuttle was advertised in a message to us as “On Request - call the hotel on arriving at the airport”. However, it turns out that the Shuttle runs on a fixed schedule - every half hour only. Overall, a positive experience though. The rail connectivity was a big plus with the train station right across the hotel. Really liked that the room was clean and comfortable, including the bed and the bathroom.
