"Higher than comparable hotels and not on Riverwalk. Ridiculous prices for VALET PARKING. Not enough seating at breakfast! Turned away and had a bagel & coffee. Several people were mad about this, as well. Otherwise, great hotel."

"This hotel is beautiful. We celebrated a birthday trip for my daughter and myself, along with our family. Unfortunately the pool water was fairly cold. Since advertising, you have heat controlled pools, we were disappointed since we chose this resort for swimming. Most people were jumping out of the pool after stepping in and stating the same. The hotel was great and we were allowed a late checkout to try the pool again, but unfortunately, we mostly kept to the hot tub. I think this is a 5 star...

"I have never been so happy with my pick I’m a hotel. The room was absolutely stunning and the staff were equally as great. Not only were they great while we were there- we accidentally left a bag of stuff and they were able to help me get it shipped to my home within a week! If you’re in San Antonio STAY HERE!!! You won’t regret it. "

"Nice hotel but check in time didn’t go as it should. Check in time is 3:00 and our rooms were not ready until 5:00. So that was a negative but the staff is very friendly and they do try to be accommodating. Nice size room with kitchenette. Didn't like the smell of the soap and shampoo and there were no trash bags in the trash cans which i thought was strange. Really good breakfast! But no access to the gym unless u pay extra didn’t seem right to me. Bed was just okay and the bedding was weirdly...
