"The property was very nice and the room was very well appointed except there was no refrigerator just a small cooler but we managed. There was no daily housekeeping, we asked to bring new towels and remove the trash and towels were brought but the trash was left as well as the used towels. We had a small issue in the restaurant when we ordered food and forgot to tell the waitress we needed it to go. She had a bit of an attitude and gave us a box to place the part of the order that came. I...

"Stay was excellent. The room I book on Hotels.com was actually turned into a meeting room for that day's convention so there wasnt a bed in it when we got there. The front desk was waiting for us when we arrived, told us what had happened and upgraded our room. Also, since we had already purchase breakfast package, the hotel comped our dinner that night in their restaurant. "

"Overall great hotel experience other than being charged $100 to check in 1 hour early. They didn't tell me this and just charged me. Our flight was was delayed to Denver sp we missed our connecting flight and were stranded at the airport overnight. We had to find a place to stay and we were exhausted. I asked if there was any way we could check in early and they said sure, no problem. I checked my credit card a little later and found the fee."
