"This was such a good find. It is like an oasis close to the city. The photos do not do it justice - the grounds and rooms are very nice. The staff are also very accommodating and friendly. Charlotte is super sweet and helpful- it felt like visiting family. Would highly recommend."

"Not as described….no spa, no pool, no free transport….no free breakfast….no elevator.. very disappointing. "

"Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing."

"Great staff that were very friendly. Food was good, rooms were clean. Good theme and useful for an overnight airport transit stop. Property was in am industrial area and would not recommend leaving tye premesis for saferty reasons."

"Gardens are lovely. Rooms are getting “tired.” Howard the gentleman there was very helpful. Checkout was slow and tedious, my bill was not ready despite us having a late checkout. We have stayed here before and loved it, but this time we could notice a deterioration. "
