"Stayed 4 nights, Staff happy and polite. Food was basic, cooked but not prepared on site. The ice cream was worth having with every meal, which I did. No air conditioning. The airplane noise was not that intrusive. The pool was cleaned every day. The shower ran hot and cold when it felt like it. Overall good value for money. Would not want to stay there long term. Would I stay there next time I was in Johannesburg, I definitely would."

We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. "Upon arrival they did not have any record of my reservation however they did honor it once I showed my receipt. Called for airport transport but no answer. Took taxi (more expensive) to the locked gate. Proceeded around the corner and waited at a coffee house until they answered the phone. Once there however they were very pleasant and accommodating. "

Went at first room they show me to stay in, 1 window handle missing and anyone can climb in at anytime, almost no cellphone connection except with their wifi, I asked for another room, used cup in zink, no kettle, bed not neatly made and on top, next morning early I need to go and the door cant open from inside, I needed to scream for help and the door could be opened from outside.
