This was Room 205. The last time I stayed ant BON hotel I didn’t have this issue. However , everything else was great and felt like home. "

The lock on the door had been broken and was not fixed, the windows on a first floor room did not close - this meant the room was 40 degrees Celsius and raised security concerns. There was a mysterious door in the room that led to a balcony guests could not access and the bathroom had not been cleaned after someone had used the toilet. This is not the safe 4 star hotel I was expecting. "

"This is one of the best hotels in Abuja. I love their staff; they are welcoming and friendly. Lovely gym, serene environment, nice buffet, etc. I didn't enjoy the internet. It was crappy and I had to use mine throughout my stay. Complimentaries like toothbrush should be kept in rooms for travelers who didn't come with theirs. "
