"The check in was very slow and very difficult to get service at the front desk throughout our 4 days stay. The bathroom is the only complaint I have of the property. The shower is open and everything in the bathroom gets wet after a shower. The Expedia showed free parking at this property but it wasn’t. "

"Room was super dirty , they never vacuum the room and was full of chips on the floor when we get in. Bathroom too small, not enough space, and not a cheap hotel for that experience "

"The property had so many things to do from going on trails, golf, animals, a spa, big pool with a nice jacuzzi, and wonderful staff. The unfortunate thing was you could hear a dog next door dragging a leash or rolling a ball while barking at times late at night. However, the hotel can’t fully control that. Jeff was wonderful at the front desk and all the staff were very friendly. "

"Our second annual stay for my birthday after Thanksgiving madness. The hotel staff is so well trained & efficient at their jobs. We felt pampered & spoiled. Love the spot on styled interior spaces, the amazing brunch spread & the welcome vino & Ghirardelli chocolate chip cookies. The shuttle service to restaurants completes the service. We love it & will be back! Thank you!"
