"Our visit to Mellington Hall Country House Hotel was fantastic. The property is amazing, the staff were really attentive and amazing also. The food was superb and the service throughout was exceptional. After the meal we sat in the lovely building which has quiet rooms or an open fire. We went just before Christmas and so the property was probably quieter than during the summer months, but we definitely would return to enjoy walking in the surrounding countryside. "Lovely hotel. Parking easy. Really quiet. Easy access to the town. Stayed for 3 nights. One day my room wasn’t cleaned despite the sign I left on the door. TV a bit small. Internet access good. Overall I can recommend the hotel and I would stay again. "

"A real hidden jem in a small village with lots of facilities. Opposite the Castle and duck pond. Not far to lots of tourist hotspots and when you get back plenty of free parking. Its an old building with creaking floorboards but that odds to the charm."
