"This was a nice hotel. It seemed to be more suited for business travelers but I have to say the staff was very friendly and accommodating. During our stay a large tour group arrived and they were lined up for the elevators, staff escorted us up first so we didnt have to stand in line. Very nice touch. "Walking distance from Nagoya station. Hotel website has helpful videos on how to reach hotel above ground or via underground link from station. Can be pretty confusing using underground link for 1st timers to Nagoya station. Station is massive. It was raining on our arrival, so the walk was wet and seem quite far to walk with luggage. Hotel reception is on 18th floor. Room is small but Queen bed is good size for us. Not much space to open up 2 medium luggage. Lots of eateries and convenience...

"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."
