"Initially give a room on 4th floor (apparently an upgrade to a suite) with was nice) but OMG was it noisy. Ask to be move and after 20 min staff agreed to move us to the room type we originally booked ehich I might add was lovely. 12th floor a little notice but not much. Great breakfast and roof top bar. Pool not a wow but nice enough. Very near the BTS so great transport "

"Riverfront hotel in a great spot with boat shuttles. Rooms were large & very clean the housekeeping was outstanding! Huge sunny pool overlooking the river with plenty of deck chairs. I think breakfast could definitely be improved with better quality items."
