"It's new but not finished. Lots of little things that need attention. the patio door would not lock, plug in the sink did not work, bin bags not in bins, kettle would only work in certain sockets. Fixture and fittings are all to a high standard, shower hot and powerful. Noise from next door was quite loud so soundproofing wasn't the best. Bed was comfortable, pillows were good. For the money it was very good. "

"the breakfast buffet was excellent but the hot dinner buffet was not good at all,not enough meat and fish dishes food was not hot enough and no green vegetables except salad.It was also expensive at 25.euros.However the food in the restaurant was good although I would have liked some vegetables with my salmon.Xmas Eve Buffet was very good,. so they need to improve dinner buffet but I loved the hotel and would go back again and would recommend it to anyone.."

"Nice hotel in very convenient location - short walk from the beach and loads of shops, bars and rstaurants nearby - easy 15 minute walk to the old town. "I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Melia Benidorm – It’s got a great feel to it with a lovely pool area, just a couple of minor issues. Housekeeping could have been a bit better, as used cups and glasses in the room weren’t washed or replaced regularly, and toilet rolls weren’t replenished until there was about 5 sheets left!. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic – just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with Benidorm Palace up the road and the fantastic...
