"great place for 2 or 3 nights, the wifi was excellent, only setback is that you can hear the people in the tent next door.The trail to the hotel is very rough and not an easy ride.The employees at the resort are very helpful and my favorites were Dilip and Manoj. The last ten minutes or so to get to this place had awful road conditions compared to other roads in Kerala. This is not entirely properly’s fault but they and the other resort owners on the same road should be able to influence the government or pave it at their own expense. "Villa retreat is located next to the coacker's walk, Byrant park and at walkable distance to the boat house. Except for the crowded roads around, the location is otherwise apt. Do not miss the sunrise from the property which can be viewed from thier open restaurant side. Rooms were okay and decent. Maintanance could be better. Food at the resturant was good.
