"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. "booked through Expedia and payable at resort option chosen, while check out time they charged more than promised by Expedia, while asked they told me that taxes extra applicable by reception, after done the payment i checked again through with expedia they told taxes included in the amount promised, later the resort voided the first transaction and again they swiped me. so its took long time to do the check out process and wrong charges done by resort as well need to be trained staffs on this...

"Gorgeous resort in front of beautiful tea plantations with excellent amenities like pool, gym and rec room. The daily morning walk in tea gardens and trip to see wild elephants organized by the resort are highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay a lot!"

"This property was extremely clean. You were greeted with the Hindi red dot on your forehead. the property has a gym, spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, helipad, and rooms with balconies that showcase the beautiful views of Munnar. The only downfall was the breakfast for me - it was cold and not the best. The fresh juice was great! but i would not recommend having breakfast here. Munnar itself has so much to do and see so the options around are endless. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English...
