"Absolutely stunning facility !!!! Everything was great, reception , service, restaurant, gym, spa ….. we loved it so much we did not leave to do any site seeing as we were so relaxed and pampered wherever we went. Very professional front desk , and spa receptionists are so accommodating. We ordered a package to be delivered there two weeks before our arrival date to the hotel and they took it and kept for us, they even placed the package in our room before arriving there. Simply the best in...

"The staff were lovely (especially Angelo) and receptionists spoke English. Hotel very clean and light. Rooms decent size. Wi-Fi and TV reception useless! The restaurant was not open and apart from a couple of bars nowhere to eat nearby without walking into the City. About a 20 minute walk into Perugia. "

The room was quite hot and the aircon didn’t cool it down well, and I don’t think it had been thoroughly cleaned - there were empty shampoo & body wash containers on top of the shower head from the previous guest, and there were a few hairs on the toilet seat. The bed was comfy though. "

"This is a piece of paradise located in the lovely Umbrian countryside, yet still close to major routes and sights. Excellent service and amenities. Front desk was always very helpful."

"This property is so beautiful and the food at the resturant was fantastic. Our only complaint was the spa, the sauna was great, but the hottub was lukewarm and there was so much chlorine it made our eyes burn and we had to get out almost immediately. Otherwise a perfect experience!"
