He answered questions before we had them: eating locally, food delivery, grocery, best ferry and bus routes for where we were headed. All of the rooms overhang the harbour with private patios and doors to open to the sea breeze. 25 steps to the ferry and a 15 minute ride to Hamilton made getting around convenient, easy, and enjoyable. "This was our 9th visit to Bermuda but our first stay at Royal Palms and we will return. It is a beautiful hotel, walking distance to Hamilton. Easy to get to restaurants, shops and both the bus and boat ferries. The staff at the hotel was one of the friendliest and most helpful of any other hotels we have stayed at.
