The staff was mostly polite, but we had a bad experience with a person who seemed to be part of the management. One evening, this person kindly offered us two spritz. Even though we didn’t want them, he insisted very politely, so we accepted. However, at the end of our stay, we discovered that we had been charged for them. We felt a bit deceived and taken advantage of. While the situation was disappointing, we hope that the hotel management will address these issues to enhance the overall guest experience.
