"This was my first stay in Monopoli. I have no complaints. Palazzo Indelli is gorgeous, the food amazing, the service insuperable. Marilenia, (sorry if I’m writing your name incorrectly), was so sweet and amazing as well as the two gentlemen who also took care of us in concierge. All of them were so polite, professional and helpful. The two ladies at breakfast were so sweet! I am looking forward to visit Palazzo Indelli next summer with the rest of the family. If you need a taxi, please tell concierge to call Sergio, best driver! Speaks great English and is so polite and professional. Monopoli is a quaint little town with cobblestone streets, beautiful and sweet people. One train stop from Palignano a Mare. Another beautiful And small town. My experience at Palazzo Indelli was superb. Thank you so much! "

"Location is perfect. Everything that you need to see is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants within the vicinity. The property also have their own restaurant. I would highly recommend you try it especially on a Sunday. The food was really good! Everyone was nice and would give a shoutout to Patricia the manager who was very accommodating and very helpful. You can always ask her for suggestions and help anytime you needed her during the stay. We have a really nice stay and enjoyed it, except for some minor problems. Our room tends to get hot and we can’t control the thermostat and it tends to get a little bit noisy at night. Other than that it was an excellent stay. Would highly recommend it. "

"Great place to stay. I would lean more towards not staying there in the winter months, however i bet it is absolutely gorgeous the other three. The owner and caretaker helped with the hiccups through the heat and hot water not working. Beautiful Trulli. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this country trulli is for you. You will definitely need a car if you are staying here. Taxi service is very expensive. "

"Beautiful, tranquil setting surround by magnificent olive trees and close to things you want to do when staying in the area. Friendly staff attracted friendly guests. Some people stayed and relaxed in the hotel pools, spa and soaked up the Puglia sun in late October. Hotel was completely booked and we expected a mad house of activity. Rooms are spaciously set apart and enjoyed a quiet environment. "
