"One of Portofino’s finest hotels. Our private, luxurious, high-ceiling, large room with a balcony overlooking the sea was a total treat. A fairy tale. "The hotel staff was amazing - very kind and helpful. We really loved it, apart from one problem that meant we didn’t get a great sleep. The room itself was very nice, but be aware that there is no ventilation at all. We were told they only turn on the AC in summer, but we couldn’t even open a vent to let air in from outside. The only option is to have the balcony doors open, and unfortunately that comes with a lot of street noise late at night and early in the morning. "

Hotel offers transportation to and from main part of town - a very short walk but with luggage transportation is was very beneficial. Highly highly recommend this hotel . "
