" Thanks for hosting us in this beautiful Villa. We enjoyed a great week in this historical house. Built over 100 years ago it felt like a very authentic Italian experience. The house was recently fully renovated and decorated with top standard modern appliances and beautiful antique furniture and decorations. "Great location that was less than 10 min walk from La Spezia Central Station. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs. "The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. "Great old home decorated well in the mountains of small town. Naps pool side under the veranda listening to the nature all around was a daily event. We had plans to go to Portifino but never made it. The property was a nice escape after being in very crowded cities. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Italy. Luisa was very sweet and helpful when needed."

"The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and mostly private. Not sure if the apartment above is a rental but the people were extremely noisy. Check in was a bit of an issue as the sat nav said we had arrived and we were still about a mile away. Luckily we texted the manager and he came and found us. The pool was beautiful and the manager came most days to clean it and sweep the garden. I would certainly recommend staying here. Oh, and the view was exceptional. Thank you"
