"Stayed here for a weekend getaway. The hotel is a very close 5-10 min walk to Old Town and Old Port. However, It is situated on a very quiet street and is a bit isolated from other stores/restaurants. The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Staff was very nice and the rooftop pool looked beautiful. "

Check in was good - the room was great, it was spacious, clean, but there was an issue so I was moved to another room in which they upgraded due to the inconvenience. Sam, the gentleman at the front desk did a phenomenal job resolving the issue. Not to mention he was polite, courteous and friendly. Based on his overal professionalism definitely made me want to come back. The was another young lady...

We called the front desk and they were nice, but never changed us or gave an explanation. It was a short night as we were flying out early the next day. The room was very nice, clean, roomy. "
