"Great hotel with good views and large rooms, laptop safe, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Housekeeping was hit and miss, some days ok others dirty cups and spoons left in rooms, drain smell from sink, shower drain filling up, dirty bath mat not changed, surfaces not wiped down and room not hoovered all week."

The standard room included a small table and settee, plus a mini fridge and safe. Fantastic! We particularly liked the position, just 10 mins walk from the Piccadilly area and actually on Gt Ancoats St, so bare minutes from the lively area of Ancoats. Would very happily stay again. "

"Lively stay and friendly staff. Not an issue for me but an elderly couple struggled with the stairs due to the lift being out of order and I helped them with their bags when they were offered no help from the desk staff"
