"Great place, i have an oversized vehicle and they have specific parking for that. I also arrieved early and they made accommodations to get me checkin in early, without charge. Moxies in the building is great and location is good access to everything downtown, including LRT right out the front doors. Tim Hortons right across the street as well. "

"Hotel was really nice with balconies on some rooms which is awesome, close to downtown and had really good dining options in the hotel and close by, the pool was super awesome and you could order food and drinks from the lounge to the pool area which was super convenient! Would definitely stay here again when in Calgary without a doubt!"

"We enjoy Westin Hotels. We have stayed at Westin's many times over the years, Calgary, Toronto, Palm Desert etc. What we didn't quite like on our recent stay in Calgary was how small the washroom facilities were in our room. No real room to turn around, standup shower and a toilet obviously designed for a child."

"Forced to provide ID for all my guests. This is not necessary and very unsafe to have to send in various ID via email. Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival. Apartment has stained carpet, broken kitchen faucet, no box spring (mattress basically on floor), broken ice dispenser, dirty drawers, dirty shower, broken deadlock. Bedroom extremely hot. "The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning. "
