Well, after we checked in and ready for bed, there was hair on our bed sheet which was quite disgusting, I actually have a photo of it. Our bed sheets were never changed only rearranged everyday. There was dirt on the floor and a candle that was used.

Everything about this venue was exceĺlent. From the friendly service, comfortable rooms, and dining options. The only improvement would be to increase the humidity in the rooms - it was difficult to sleep with how dry it was.

The staff were all incredibly hospitable. Very friendly!! The room was spacious with attractive decor, and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping left used towels from a previous guest in the shower, but aside from that, the room seemed clean. We enjoyed our stay.
