He told me he did not have room in the dining room. I asked if we could eat in the bar and he said yes. We then sat at a table in the bar for 30 minutes more without anyone attending to us. Now we've been in the facility for 40 minutes. I got up and talked to the bar manager,who said I had to talk to...

"The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "
