"Location was great for our 2 night stay in Luzern. 5 min walk from the train station. The breakfast food and staff at Bacio restaurant onsite could be greatly improved. We were asked to move seats at 9am on Sunday so they could set up the afternoon service (brunch was listed to last until 11am). Sadly all the hot food was lukewarm/cold as well. "

Not only could you hardly move in there at busy times, but sometimes it was difficult to find a place to put your skis/boots. The biggest ski hotel I've ever stayed in, yet...

"Tremendous hotel in the heart of Luzern. Close to many shops, restaurants, bridges and so much more. Incredibly friendly service. The bar was an awesome option after a full day of walking or sightseeing. A beautifully designed and highly functional room. We can't wait to visit the area and stay here again."
