"Hotel Roma is a grand old hotel. The thermal pools and spa staff were excellent. The hotel offers full board/half board - did offer choice on daily menus. Shopping near by the hotel. Parking in back. It is a bit dated but part of its 1920's charm. Pillows could be replaced (too flat) and gluten free diet mostly accommodated but an offer of bread/crackers would be appreciated. "

"The hotel is very old and outdated. The bed is the smallest I have ever slept in the entire life. There was a roof leak in the bathroom. No kettle in the room to make tea and the weather was so cold. I went to ask for water to make tea, I was charge €4 for hot water only. The dinner was so o expensive and tasteless. I paid €261 for a night. What a waste. "

Our stay was the first at this hotel and our first visit to Italy. We really didn't know what to expect other than what is posted on their website mixed with the on-line reviews we found.
