This is mentioned in the small print and both the hotel and hotels.com were patently unhelpful when I complained about it. “It’s a beautiful walk from the parking”. Yeah? "We stayed at Hotel Mondshein October 23rd, 2024. Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable and an excellent breakfast area. Great area, walking distance to the oldtown. The best aspect of our stay was the staff. I had a health issue and required a doctor. The front desk staff Katerina and Rapna ( sorry if I've misspelled your names) went above and beyond to arrange treatment in a timely manner. Their kindness and professionalism was very much appreciated. "

"Solo traveler going through Europe for the first time. Not much was available in Innsbruck at the time so I booked just 10-15 minutes outside city in Rum. It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card. "Great accommodation, very clean overall, spacious, clean bathroom and shower. We asked for a cot for our 1,5 year old and it was already in the room with sheets and everything. We had a great breakfast, it looks small but everything is refilled all the time. You can choose whatever you want, different breads, eggs, fruit, yoghurt etc.. Would stay here again next time."
