"What a fabulous hotel! Moments from the Old Town with a couple of nice restaurants and bars right next door. The Suite is huge, if it had a kitchen I could happily live in it! Breakfast has lots of options, and the mimosa station on Sunday morning was delightful. The rooftop pool and sauna are lovely. The rooms are quiet, I didn't hear another soul."

"Great property in a central location within walking distance to the old town and great location close to Alpenzoo and Top of Innsbruck. Parking at the property was very good too so if you’re driving I would definitely recommend the hotel. "

Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. "Really great hotel for a stay in Innsbruck. Brilliantly connected to the city by public transport and the sauna / pool facilities were top draw. Room was very big and offered everything you needed. Carpets a little tired, but that would be my only gripe!"

"Solo traveler going through Europe for the first time. Not much was available in Innsbruck at the time so I booked just 10-15 minutes outside city in Rum. It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card. And if you get back to the hotel after 21:00 or...

"Conveniently located. The facility is well designed, very functional, fairly clean, and offers all amenities (except dining) - breakfast, coffee, refreshments, and even laundry facility. Will definitley stay there again next time we visit Innsbruck/ Telfs."
