"Good central place close to Sky tower. The Hotel is little Old and there is construction , so no good place to park for unloading luggage. The AC is only in the family room and not in the Bedrooms, so we had to keep the bed rooom doors open to get the cool air. "

"The housekeeper woke me up by tapping on the door one morning, & calling 'room service'. It was just on 9am, I was asleep & confused as to why she was knocking. I hadnt requested a wake up call & I hadnt ordered room service. It turned out she wanted to clean the room and was an unnecessary intrusion."
