"We arrived early at the hotel (around 12). The room was ready at that time, though we had to sign up to their members scheme to get free early access, which was annoying. The hotel was just a 12 minute walk across the river to reach the main part of the city. There were a couple of bars and restaurants around. The room was tidy and spacious. It was well decorated. There were building works being carried out on the exterior facade from 9am to 6pm, although this didn’t bother us as we were out...

"This is my second stay at this hotel which I chose for its location and hotel’s service. I’m am very pleased with the hotel and its service. The food at is bistro is excellent. Quiet, clean, prompt elevators, not crowded and no noisy. "

"It was a pleasure to stay for 4 nights in this hotel . Despite the central location it was quiet at nights and the bed was very comfortable. Easy to walk from Mitte train station where the dedicated airport CAT train operates from . Enjoyed the rooftop bar. Friendly staff . Would definitely stay here again should we ever return to Vienna . Such a beautiful city . "

"We liked its situation about 20 mins from the centre with a brisk walk but near a big bus stop and the Belvadere. The room was clean but we had to ask every day to have coffee replaced. Gym was very uninspiring but nice breakfast and bar area was fine. Not too busy. Very much a conference hotel. Salam Braeu a restaurant and brewery just down the road was excellent."

"LOVED LOVED LOVED staying here. It is a cute boutique hotel with lots of personality. The staff is the STAR! They always greet you with a smile, are ready to help and make you feel at home-away-from-home. Special thanks to Alexei, Nico, Leon, Michi, Georg, Joy, Peter and Nipun, all of whom could not done more to make us feel welcome, safe and embraced by Vienna's big heart. The Ruby Lissi has easy access to the subway, the old city center and of course, Wiener Schitzel is everywhere to be found!...
