"Having arrived at the hotel using a crutch to walk with. The checking receptionist then put me in room 17, with in his words just a few steps. Having descending a total of 14 steps, then finding the room was the last one down a vast corridor starting with room 1. The following morning at breakfast also up steps about 10 in total i met Maria a waitress in the breakfast room who saw my problems immediately. She said she would get my room changed and for the rest of my stay would bring my breakfast...
