"I have stayed at this property three times over the last couple of years. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the property is clean, bright and well maintained. The rooms and bedding are comfy. The price is also excellant and the location is convenient to Westport and the Plaza. They have also treated my dog like a princess! A winner all the way around."

"I knew the casino allowed smoking on the floor but did not expect it to permeate the rest of the facility. If we were smokers it would have not mattered but as non-smokers it was a little much."

"Staff was very courteous! Offered off-menu cheese pizza for my kids. Staff smiled. Rooms clean and spacious. Quiet. Pool need a little TLC, but it was large and had nice view of city. Kids loved it so that’s good enough for me! "

"I've stayed here before but this room was much smaller. It is a very nice hotel with many conveniences although the coffee shop was not open when posted. It is connected to many shops and the link system allows for indoor walking to adjoining hotels and shops. Everything closes earlier than I would have preferred though."

"Beautiful historic hotel in a walkable location. Restaurant has original tile, murals and windows which made dining special. We ate one dinner (Caesar salad - delicious) and 3 breakfasts. The breakfast was good but nothing special. Would be good to add some more interesting egg dishes (veggie scrambles, eggs Benedict, etc.). "

"The owner is really nice! My room, bathroom, kitchen, dining and the entire house is very clean! I was a little nervous when I arrived in front of the door but she gave me a warm welcome! Free bottled water in the refrigerator, k-cup coffee and microwave were so useful for me! It’s 5 mins away from the Convention Center by car so that the area was pretty quiet. There’s no shops around the property but other than that, I really enjoyed relaxing!"
