"The customer services was amazing. Every staff that I connected with was so pleasant and I felt like they were family. I infomed front desk that I was there to create content for the New Year so my room was upgraded and I privided with a food and drink voucher. Thats what you call hospitality. I would most definitely recommend."

"Very nice. Very quiet other than the Lobby music that was a little annoying and to loud. Bronze Bull sculls hanging from the lobby ceiling were impressive, but the music doesnt match the style of the western themed hotel. Rooms were nice. Accessible to everything downtown and Stockyards via orange bus line. Good restaurants across the street, the Yolk for breakfast and Riskys BBQ, plus hotel restaurant. We didn't try Toro Toro, so I can't review. Overall, very nice stay just to short, one night."

"Wow, what a beautiful addition to the Downtown Fort Worth Skyline. I was in town celebrating my 60 and the hotel staff made my stay extra special with a room upgrade, champagne, macaroons, and a personal happy birthday wish at our check-in. The hotel lobby’s bar was a perfect place to cap off the evening with my family. The bartender made the best Old Fashioned! "

"Beautiful revisioning of a 1930’s office building into a unique retro themed hotel. I really enjoyed the combination of the 30’s styling with totally modern conveniences in the room. Touchpad controls for lights, curtains, shower, and room temperature. Bluetooth connectivity to the tv and even the built in screen in the bathroom mirror.
