I didn’t like the fact that it is advertised that there is airport shuttle, but doesn’t explain the times the shuttle runs! Also, I did NOT like the fact that there is NO fan in the bathroom (in a king bed suite, at least). Other than those 2 issues, the staff and service were great!

The room smelled like mold. The AC was malfunctioning. They gave me a bar of soap that was opened and used. My room was missing the TV remote and I reminded the front desk every day. They kept saying they'd bring one to me but they never did.

Overall.. the staff was nice. I felt safe during my stay. However I did find a bug in the bathroom. But other than that , it was a decent affordable hotel.

My flight was canceled due to weather conditions, and I needed to stay two nights. But it also required a shuttle to get to the hotel. I didn't know the area or know that Dallas has two airports. I read they had a shuttle, so I booked for two nights. I called the property to inquire about the shuttle a few minutes later. And the lady on the phone was very rude, saying they don't have a shuttle to DFW, I ask for the cancellation and she did not want to cancel the first night, so they kept the money for the first night. So to the property you can keep my money but I am not willing to deal with that kind of rude employee, specially after all the stress of having my International flight cancelled and had to wait 2 days in Dallas.

On the website it says it has a restaurant which it does not. The hotel is old and not kept up at all. It is in a sketchy area. Absolutely will not stay there again or any La,Quinta hotel.

I wish breakfast was a little better. Shower head Was not functioning as well as it could. I think it needs to be cleaned or replaced. Staff was very helpful and were the best part part of the experience.
