"The property is brand new and beautiful. I am not sure anybody had ever stayed in our room, but I don’t also think people checked the room. The shower leaked into the toilet room because of improper caulking there was still blue plastic in the sink all of that didn’t really matter, except for the leak of the shower. A little bit secluded for dining at night. In the second bedroom, there is no place to put your suitcase none.The full size washing machine and almost full-size refrigerator was...

"Great stay but bathroom cleaning and room cleaning was not as thorough as it was before. Location and service was excellent. Front desk staff are very helpful and courteous. Driving into the parking lot is quite a challenge because the drive way is so narrow. Large sedans or SUVs will have a hard time going down the path. Breakdast buffet is so so. Subpar really, compared to Shilla Stay Breakfast buffet."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sotetsu. It was a great location so we were able to hit the shops and food areas in Myongdong. There was lots to see within walking distance. Convenience stores were nearby as well which were great for food/snacks. We stayed on the Line Friends floors which was so cute! The room was very comfortable. Only issue would be not enough accessible power outlets to charge our phones etc. There were power outlets but they were mostly occupied with other things."
