" Four star hotel on technical spec only, the male management amd desk staff are surley and blame the customer for faults with aircon and room fridge, on the 3rd night the aircon filter was clean and an apology given, but the fridge was just a piece of "italian sh*t" not upto cooling a bottle of beer. "Very friendly staff - easy parking in hotel drive - eggs cooked to order for breakfast. We only used the hotel for one night as a stopover on our journey further South but would be an ideal location had we had more time to visit Tivoli gardens."
