"I have seen many bad reviews about this hotel but I can now actually recommend it if you are looking for something outside the city centre, peaceful, convenient. The service is great: quick support (email or in person), kind and helpful. Rooms have all the essentials, also for families. Beds are quite comfy. If you need a crib just request it and it will be there, a good size cot. Good quality shampoo and shower gel. We used the hotel carpark rather than the free one and it's so much easier as it's underground. "

"Lovely hotel ! It’s not in the center of Rome but is close enough to a TrenItalia stop so it is easy to navigate . The only issue I had was that they don’t have self service laundry and the closest restaurants in the area are a bit of walk . Still , I had a very nice stay and the breakfast room was pretty good . "Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient. "

"Amazing place to stay! The staff are incredible and the food in their restaurant is some of the best around! If you are not planning on renting a car, maybe stay closer to Rome, but if you have one this place is to die for!"
